Ultimate Player is designed as a free media player with no advertising, no third-party tracking, no subscription, no in-app purchases, and no forced account.

• Local files remain on your device unless you choose to open or transfer them through a configured source.
• Saved WebDAV/HTTP credentials are stored locally in the system keychain. Cloud provider adapters are not active in the current release.
• Private file and folder membership metadata is encrypted locally and unlocked with device authentication when you enable private library locking.
• The app does not sell personal data and does not include analytics SDKs in the current plan.
• Support requests sent by email are handled only for customer support.
